Michael Pangia

President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Pangia is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of Aviat Networks, the world's largest independent supplier of wireless transmission systems. From March 2009 to July 2011, he served as the Chief Sales Officer where he was responsible for company-wide operations of the Global Sales and Services organization. Prior to joining Aviat Networks, Mr. Pangia served as senior vice president, Global Sales Operations and Strategy at Nortel, where he was responsible for all operational aspects of the Global Sales function. Prior to that, he was president of Nortel's Asia region where his key responsibilities included sales and overall business management for all countries where Nortel did business in the region. Mr. Pangia holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Windsor and a master of business administration from the University of Toronto.

Edward J. ('Ned') Hayes

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hayes joined Aviat Networks in October 2011 and serves as the company's senior vice president and chief financial officer responsible for the finance and IT organizations. Prior to joining Aviat Networks, Mr. Hayes spent the last five years as the chief financial officer at Pillar Data Systems, Inc., an enterprise data storage company, until its recent acquisition by Oracle Corporation. Before joining Pillar Data, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Quantum Corporation, a $1B data storage company publicly traded on the NYSE. Mr. Hayes also served as president and chief executive officer of DirecTV Broadband, Inc., an internet service provider and executive vice president and chief financial officer of Telocity, Inc., an internet service provider which the management team took public in March of 2000 and then sold to DirecTV in March of 2001. Prior to his position at Telocity, he served as the financial vice president and chief financial officer in two of Lucent Technologies' largest divisions, including the $25 billion Global Service Provider Business. He has also held senior financial management positions at other multi-national companies such as Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS), Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Hayes currently serves on the board of Super Micro Computer, Inc. (NASD: SMCI) as an independent director and Chair of the Audit Committee and as an independent director and non-executive Chairman of the Board of Alaska Communications Systems (NASD: ALSK). Mr. Hayes holds an undergraduate degree from Colgate University.

Paul A. Kennard

Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer

In his role as chief technical officer, Mr. Kennard provides overall strategic direction that positions the company in the global marketplace. Mr. Kennard joined Stratex Networks in 1996 as vice president, Engineering. He served as senior vice president, Engineering at California Microwave from 1993 to 1996. Prior to joining California Microwave, he was manager of Radio Signal Processing for Bell Northern Research and project manager for Marconi Communication Systems. Mr. Kennard holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering and a master of science degree in Communication Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in Manchester, UK.

Shaun McFall

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

As senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Mr. McFall provides overall direction for programs to position the company in its focus markets. Mr. McFall has been with the company since the formation of its UK subsidiary in 1989. His initial assignment was in new business development, first in the UK and later the European market. In 1994 he relocated to the company's headquarters in San Jose, California, assuming responsibility for worldwide product marketing. He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, holding prior positions with two UK based companies: Ferranti International Signal plc. and GEC Telecommunications Ltd. Mr. McFall holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK.

Heinz H. Stumpe

Mr. Stumpe, a wireless transmission technology business veteran with more than 20 years of experience, joined Stratex Networks as director, Marketing in 1996. He was promoted to vice president, Global Accounts in 1999, vice president, Strategic Accounts in 2002 and vice president, Global Operations in April 2006. Prior to joining Stratex Networks, Mr. Stumpe worked for California Microwave from 1992 to 1996 as vice president, Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Stumpe was director, Operations for Amstrad plc, a UK-based Computer and Communications Equipment Company.

Meena Elliott

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Meena Elliott serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Secretary of Aviat Networks. Most recently she served as the Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary overseeing the legal affairs of the Company. She has over 20 years of domestic and international legal and business management experience in the private and public sector. Ms. Elliott joined the company March, 2006 as the Division Counsel for Harris Corporation's Microwave Communications Division. The company merged with Stratex Networks in 2007 to form Harris Stratex now Aviat Networks. Prior to joining the Microwave Communications Division, she was a chief counsel at the Department of Commerce. Previously, she worked at XM Satellite Radio. She began her career as an attorney with Energizer where she also served as Director, International Counsel. She earned a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and a juris doctor of law and masters of business administration degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.

John J. Madigan

Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Mr. Madigan joined Aviat Networks in January 2011 and serves as the company's vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer responsible for reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley oversight and SEC compliance. He has held senior accounting positions with a number of technology companies and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Aviat Networks, he served as vice president, corporate controller of Redback Networks, Inc., an Internet network equipment provider, and then as vice president, finance after Ericsson's acquisition of Redback in January 2007. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Madigan served as controller of Siebel Systems, Inc., a customer relationship management application company that was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2006. Mr. Madigan holds a bachelor's degree in business from Santa Clara University.

Carol A. Goudey

Corporate Treasurer and Assistant Secretary

Ms. Goudey serves as the Corporate Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Aviat Networks. Prior to joining Aviat Networks, she served as acting treasurer of California Micro Devices Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor devices. Ms. Goudey also held the position of corporate treasurer at both Ungermann-Bass, Inc., a network systems company, and System Industries, Inc., a computer peripheral company. Ms. Goudey holds a bachelor of arts degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University and an associate of arts degree in Accounting from De Anza College.
